HSPT Practice Test

The HSPT is a timed, paper-and-pencil test that takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete. There are 298 multiple-choice questions in total. The test is typically administered in a single sitting at the prospective high school or a designated testing center.

The exam is composed of five mandatory, multiple-choice subtests:

• Verbal Skills: Measures vocabulary, analogies, synonyms, antonyms, and verbal logic.
